Surely that is just a CCR Tree on your phone system you need so when its a winey sales person transfer the call to the CCR System and voilla

I saw that gadget last night... a bit pricey, but I loved it telling people to go away!

 

I can see our secretary wanting one... although it might upset a few of our more awkward parents
