As already mentioned, setup the Snap-in as you want then save it. You just have to open it like a normal file in future.

I do agree though - if you had 500 machines you wanted to add, it would be useful to bulk add objects. Something you cannot do without something third party. Seems daft these days that you cannot do this :)

Would you really want a management snapin with 500 computers listed??? I can't imagine how long that would take to load or the network traffic it could generate as it tries to connect to 500 machines!

If you need to check out (say) a dozen computers then saving a special MMC makes sense. If you're doing 500 to check local groups/users then you really need to look at some kind of scripting to query the data and stick it in a database or report of some kind!

I agree, personally I wouldn't have that many objects in a single Snap-in, but technically you can do it. Just takes an incredible amount of time to setup.

On reading this post I have started adding code to this project http://www.edugeek.net/forums/network-classroom-management/36238-open-source-computer-user-management.html

So that when you click on a Machine it will list local users and admin users. Would that help in what you are looking for or are you wanting to export list of all users from selected machines?

Will hopefully be able to add this and release early next week.
