Arrange cover in SIMS

Is anybody else finding that when using arrange cover it is running incredibly slowly? the rest of SIMS is running as normal its just using cover seems painfully slow!

haven't had any reports from staff - though we don't really look after it at all...

 

that module has always been a problem for us though.. especially printing-wise.

Please log a case. There was one operation that was slow, now fixed though.

right just found out there is a patch to fix it which is being sent to me now, so if others are having the problem it can be fixed !

Could you give me the patch number - I've got a case logged with Capita for slow cover and have been told I need to wait for the june upgrade. If I know the number I might be able to get it sorted sooner

yeah they told me it would be fixed in the june upgrade however im not willing to wait for that as that could mean another 6 months of waiting! the patch number is : 13250

Yeah, I had reported Cover being slow too, they said that they knew about it and were working on a solution. They said would contact me, so I should probably check my email to see if there is any patches available.
