[/img] Has anybody seen the above error? We have had the SIMS summer update and Truancy call appears to have updated itself over the summer. If you keep clicking ok to remove the error when you get into truancy call it does not see the kids marked as absent in SIMS! I have tried contacting Truancy call and cannot get hold of anyone and have been waiting for them to get back to me with no luck so far, any help would be appreciated

Thats what i thought at first, but is definitely public and have since tried with assorted test documents as public as well

One of our SIMS users attaches a document in the communication log of a student it all works fine and he is happy. However when a different user access's the communication log they can see everything there apart from the attached document. I can see it when i access the log with system manager rights, but obviously dont want to give that level of access to other users. Is it simply a case of access rights, or do the documents need to be linked from the network share where SIMS is running from?? Any help here would be appreciated

yeah they told me it would be fixed in the june upgrade however im not willing to wait for that as that could mean another 6 months of waiting! the patch number is : 13250

right just found out there is a patch to fix it which is being sent to me now, so if others are having the problem it can be fixed !

Is anybody else finding that when using arrange cover it is running incredibly slowly? the rest of SIMS is running as normal its just using cover seems painfully slow!

legend! forgot about doing that, tried calling our support company and they apprently know of the problem and dont know how to fix it!

when running a report from sims into excel the address block data refuses to be a block and only ever comes out as a line which is not much use to me as i have to mail merge my spreadsheet to word and need the address in a block! has anybody found this problem/ a way round this problem?
