FN-GM Posted March 25, 2009 Posted March 25, 2009 Hi, Might be a naughty question but here goes..... We have a couple of these old Cisco switches on our test network. They do the job we want and last forever! We have the Cisco support contract to download IOS software etc. The network manager is now off long term and we do not have access to the site to download. I doubt Cisco will let us in to make the downloads. So my question is does someone have the IOS 12.5 or above (if there is one) for a Cisco Catalyst 2900 switch? If so please can i borrow it? Thanks Z PS: A prize is up for grabs if you manage it
FN-GM Posted March 25, 2009 Author Posted March 25, 2009 PM received. Im keeping my options open, just wondering if anyone else can help? i am after the version that has the web interface to. Thanks
steve Posted March 25, 2009 Posted March 25, 2009 For quite a few cisco IOS downloads, you only need a login for the site. Just register and check to see if you can get the IOS. Or post the specific model and I'll check.
john Posted March 25, 2009 Posted March 25, 2009 Surely if you as the school pay the contract then if he's off on long term sick you need access so the school should contact Cisco to gain access if its stopping you working.
ssiruuk2 Posted March 25, 2009 Posted March 25, 2009 I have a Cisco CCO login if you get stuck, send me a PM 1
