We would like to get a device which lets us enter info into our sharepoint helpdesk and also provide VOIP.

Main requirements

Wireless connectivity

Internet browser with a decent screen

Windows Mobile 6

We have looked at the HP iPaq 214 and the Nokia 810 (obviously not WM6) and we think the iPaq is the best bet but would have preferred something with a qwerty keyboard.

This needs to be < £250 and we really want a handheld device so not a UMPC.

Any ideas welcome.

Thanks

I tried a ipaq with our wireless once. it kept forgetting the wireless key and didnt like our exchange security certificate :-S. you might consider some of the HTC mobiles that have sideways slide out keyboards and windows mobile. the smallest one i think is the s710 (HTC S710 - Full phone specifications) they're going for around £75 secondhand now.

yeah i looked at the touch and it seems fine but not sure about how it would behave with AD and also 802.1x

I would like to get a touch for personal reasons as well and the wonderful iFitness, but i don't know if i have a business case for this :)

Still might be a go'er as fring works on it too

Get your personal one and have a play around with it and see what you think ?
