mossj Posted April 29, 2009 Posted April 29, 2009 Nooooo can't camp anymore, silly me volunteered to go on a french trip.... Thats the best bit of download! Should be going sunday though, as my gf is into the old school stuff. Anyone able to create a master plan so i can sneak away to the 'heavy' stuff and gain a few war wounds... Download wouldn't be download without someone starting a fight over my hair blocking there view... Planning to get my 'fro searched again this year too!
stu Posted April 30, 2009 Author Posted April 30, 2009 (edited) just tell her you wanna go mental and you'll see her in an hour for adrenalin fuelled sex, Edited April 30, 2009 by stu
rolfea Posted April 30, 2009 Posted April 30, 2009 just tell her u wanna ge mental and ull se her in an hour for adrenalin fuelled sex, this should totally work Not sure if the bladder idea would get searched, although if you have a t-shirt in your hand and put a half full on in that, they'd probably feel the tshirt, feel nothing hard, and let it through..
stu Posted April 30, 2009 Author Posted April 30, 2009 was thinking o just strapping bladder under clothes
rolfea Posted April 30, 2009 Posted April 30, 2009 well they do the whole touch search thing don't they.. so they would feel the bulge of the bladder and probably question it. You could blame it on a giant abses or something like that...
mossj Posted April 30, 2009 Posted April 30, 2009 They touch search + smell any container you have... even had a big guy spend 5 mins searching my hair in 2007.
rolfea Posted April 30, 2009 Posted April 30, 2009 smell? what do you mean by smell? surely if its in a air tight container which is clean it wouldn't smell all that much... plus how many people there camp the night, and watch the bands.. therefore get very sweaty and dont shower?
mossj Posted May 1, 2009 Posted May 1, 2009 open and sniff... make sure your not mixing or passing vodka off as water.... (how useful would jesus be then....) Out of interest is anyone camping but NOT staying sunday -> monday, and perhaps willing to swap wrist bands with me & gf?
rolfea Posted May 1, 2009 Posted May 1, 2009 just go the whole weekend You might have swine flu therefore you can't go to france
mossj Posted May 1, 2009 Posted May 1, 2009 just go the whole weekend You might have swine flu therefore you can't go to france if i have swineflu chances are it will b phase 6, and apparently at tht stage travelv(outside uk) & mass gatherings are off....

rolfea Posted May 5, 2009 Posted May 5, 2009 I've only heard of 2, maybe 3 of those bands.. any of them worth recommending?
Domino Posted May 5, 2009 Posted May 5, 2009 Trigger the bloodshed are pretty good live, but Brides are local to me, saw them for the first time last weekend and they were awesome! Only a 3 piece (musically, there's a seperate singer too) but they make a hell of a noise. Give em a pop BRIDES [NEW MERCH ONLINE] on MySpace Music - Free Streaming MP3s, Pictures & Music Videos

rolfea Posted May 12, 2009 Posted May 12, 2009 ONE MONTH TO GO! and is it just me, or is the saturday second stage looking very empty?
stu Posted May 12, 2009 Author Posted May 12, 2009 assume your referring to second stage, yeah there probs going to be another last min announcement. and im going on 10th so well less than a month left to go now!
rolfea Posted May 12, 2009 Posted May 12, 2009 Nice, I'm going on the 10th too I just looked at the website and it said 31 days so i got very excited! thats if my friend passes his driving test. His left it soo last minute
stu Posted May 13, 2009 Author Posted May 13, 2009 what if he fails? the train is looking like my only method of getting there as the group of peeps i want to go with have there head so fa....... anyway there little incompetent, it all well and good me seeing what travel options are available but when i ask what they want to do / can afford then come back with 'i unno' ARGH.
rolfea Posted May 13, 2009 Posted May 13, 2009 If he fails then I will train / bus / national express / walk! I will get there, and I have the two days before hand. So there's enough time for it all to go belly up, and still get there on time
stu Posted May 13, 2009 Author Posted May 13, 2009 I would be gutted if I missed either the wed or thurs as they are half the festival, the band bit is one festival and the 2 days before is another.
lbradley Posted May 13, 2009 Posted May 13, 2009 does anyone know the times for the shuttle outside derby station, i presume the directions to the shuttle bus stop will be pretty obvious as there will probably be tons of people stood outside it! just want to know the times as i have to get back for monday (workies) so ill have to get shuttle sunday back to train station
