What is the Guest Area?

The Guest Area is, well, a secure, exclusive area within the festival site.

 

Where is the Guest Area?

Don’t know yet – site plans are still in the making.

 

Who goes there?

Guest Area passes are issued to the act’s representatives, record companies, PR agencies, and RIP guests to name a few.

 

Will I meet my favourite act?

You might see some acts in the guest area, you might not …we have no control over this and are not making any guarantees.

 

How often can I use the Guest Area?

There is no maximum number of visits. You will be issued with a Guest Area wristband and you are free to come and go at your leisure.

 

Can I bring my mates into the Guest Area with me?

One package admits one person. So, um, no, not unless they’ve got a Guest Area pass too.

 

What days and how long is the Guest Area open?

Friday: Opens at Midday, closes at 2am

Saturday: Opens at 10.00, closes at 2am

Sunday: Opens at 10.00, closes at 2am

 

Can I buy a pass for just one day?

The Guest Pass entitles you to use the Guest Area on all three days.

 

What’s in the Guest Area and what’s the point?

There are undercover facilities, toilet trailers, private cash bars, dining option and strange random occurrences. It’s a place to hang out and relax over a beer.

 

Are there excluded areas?

Your Guest Pass gives you access to all general Guest Area locations. It does not permit access to any private areas within the main guest area which may be exclusively held by sponsors, Live Nation or third parties.

lol yeah, apparently there going to be a full bar there this year rather than just sponsor drinks and when they can get prices as low as off-licences there going to ban cans but all drinks on site will be as low as real world which could be good!

I brought a sack trolly with the sole purpose of carrying alcohol for download last xmas XD 1 shope create of strongbow super 1 shop create of strongbow and a create of some random cheep stuff like beer the cráp

I might make my own version of a bladder (the bag of alcohol you get in a box, usually with wine or un-sparkling cider) by attaching some soft of straw to it.
