Does anyone else use this?

 

I'm having difficulty installing this software.

 

Once the setup has been run it asks you to restart the machine.

 

Having done that I log in again as admin and run the program it then does a configuring software screen etc.. which takes about 5 minutes to finish then it asks you to restart again this repeats everytime you try and run it. The pupils can't even see the program shortcut even as admin it shows up as a shortcut without an icon (before the second restart at least) we're using CC3 so I've allowed the exe files to be run and the path they are located in but still nothing.

 

Does anyone have a way round this at all?

Installs and runs no problem for me. Maybe I have an older version!

Version 3.04. Not sure why this is happening other than its an RM network there's no difference!

I use V3 and its fine, just install, and go go go. Just have some issues every now and then with 3D stuff.

I had some issues with it on our Terminal Server when DEP was turned on but it worked OK on all of our workstations.

 

I'd suggest emailing support but I did that and I'm still waiting for a reply two months later :|
