Seems Mr Bale got a bit angry with the Director of Photography for accidentally interrupting a scene during the filming of Terminator. The audio was leaked, and then someone came up with this:

See I think its justified, he's doing an intense scene and getting himself involved in the character and some twat bag in the back stumbles into shot I'd be pissed.

 

Plus the cost of re-doing the scene would be another reason to moan.

 

I am hot for Christian Bale though, if you had to go gay to save your life, he'd be my man.

Apparently the DP is well know for fiddling during scenes as well and had all ready been warned to stop it. Think it is justified as OTT rants go, just misrepresented by t'internet as ever.

I love how the target of Bale's rant responds in a really meek voice as he's being admonished;

 

"i was....looking....at the light."

 

For some reason I always suspected Bale was a class A prat, mainly becuase i hated him in batman and the prestige. But i was convinced otherwise by people who said he was a great. He's not even that great an actor from what i've seen, except in Amerian Psycho. He's superb in American Psycho....

 

maybe he should count to ten and listen to sussudio next time he wants to blow his top.

The Today programme on R4 played the clip this morning (albeit censored) and also played the audio between air traffic control and the aircraft that ditched in the Hudson.

Compare and contrast!

That kind of put everything into perspective I think!

Theres a really good remix on break.com with him and an American presenter who also had a famous blow up.

 

The rant was OTT buy justified, if you are working in an environment such a TV / Film / or Music where you have to get it right, either first time or in as few takes as possible, the last thing you want is to be distracted by some XXXX messing about in the background, making noise and acting like a jerk.
