Just a thought though-why not get rid of the course categories block to the left now and have a shorter screen since they all hyperlink to the postits (did you make them or where did they come from?) Or maybe you are catering for different learning styles having the words AND the images

I've only just started building the site and don't have much experience of altering the look and feel of Moodle. I've worked out how to get a label in the Main Menu block, but can't replace the course category links with images
secretlife Posted August 19, 2009 Posted August 19, 2009 Go to site admin>front page>front page settings and scroll down and tick where it says include topic section.Save changes and go back to your front page and turn on editing - you will get the drop down menus for such as labels there. You don;t have to put your images in a label though -you can put them in the topic summary; it amounts to the same. (I assume you know how to insert the images and link to course categories once you've got your html editor up.) 1
