Going over quota

Hi all

Have a small problem but its started to get to me. Every one teachers and students have area quotas but it seems to be not working as a memeber of staff had 200mb in her area:mad: but a quota limit of 100mb so anybody got any idea whats going on we have RM CC3.

Check the file ownership of the files as that's how quotas work, they need to be owner by the respective user.

If you or another tech has copied files to their user area these files may be owned by you.

make sure you have checked the Deny disk space to users exceeding quota...
