Xmas holiday!

[googlemad]

So when do you finish for Xmas and come back?

We have a weird setup this year:

Academic staff finish on the 19th

Support staff finish on the 23rd (Grr!)

All return 5th January

Which is totally pointless AS

a)There is a 'xmas get together' at lunchtime on the 19th, which probably involves beer. So a lazy afternoon then straight down to the pub.

b)Monday morning. Enough said there. Especially so close to Xmas!

c)There will no doubt be unofficial 'xmas get togethers' throughout the day on the 23rd as the place will be like a ghost town, so a tipsy day then straight down to the pub.

They might as well have let us all finish on the 19th

We all finish on the 19th December and return on the 5th January.
