Hello all!

 

Recently one of my heads asked that i look into an "E-Beam" system that we are thinking about using in our new temp classroom that is going to be coming into service in the next couple of months

 

Now we have had a demo model from e beam which i wasnt impressed with but the teachers did seem to like it, however the head isn't willing to make a final judgement without seeing the kit being actually used in a lesson etc.

 

Basically the school i work for is located in dewsbury around the WF12 postcode, are there any schools out there that have these e beams in and would be willing to allow the head from my school to come visit yours and have a look at the kit in use?

We don't have either, but you could also look at the mimio solution, which is very similar.

We have two Mimio devices in boxes, personally I think you get what you pay for with these. We got buy one get one free for a couple of hundred quid I think and the staff didn;t like them.

 

We have two proper smartboards and they are so much better. Plug and play and they just work.

We are an official Ebeam Partner and sell lots of these to schools. We have recently supplies twenty to a school in Wakefield and 25 to a school in Huddersfield.
