Printer repairs

Who do you use to patch up out of warranty printers or do you treat them as disposable items.

Depends on the value of the printer. Most are uneconomical to repair. Also even after a fix you can never guarantee nothing else will go wrong.

Big Fish at Brighouse I send (or should I say they collect) them from me, and they look at them, I only bother with Lasers, and even then its got to be a 4000 upwards, nothing smaller is economical to repair really.

With the price of b&w lasers and even coluors the way they are I look at it as they aren't worth bothering with especially if the printer is 3+ years old.
