£20 says they move away from Windows to a BSD.

 

No idea they were still selling it!! 95 is long dead, which is the min requirement for using a licensed Vista upgrade.

When I went to America earlier this year, my tetris kept crashing and booting me into Windows 3.1 on the inbuilt entertainment system.

No USB support, no internet.

 

More importantly, barely anyone writes viruses for 3.1 these days. It's all win32 stuff tbh!

 

A lot of companies still use old computers/OS because of reliability reasons!

Just think of the boot times on new PCs the OS would be running faster than the user :D

 

Google for the Windows 1.0 boot floppy... great for a practical joke to send someone's PC back to 1985 :p
