Applications Support Analyst

 

Applications support analyst required to assist and execute IT projects from system specification and design through to implementation in the head of office of a Global recruitment business. Responsible for documenting application procedures, developing training materials, establish and implement a policy of best practise and improvement to the business, assist analysis, development and testing, support deployment of front office software including UK travel. 2nd and 3rd line support of database applications and reporting tools, ideally with a crm or recruitment software background and strong customer service skills, flexibility and team playing skills essential. SQL experience highly advantageous
