How is your software organised?

Wayyyyyyyy too much old software on the system, I made an attempt to clear it out on the image for our new computers lat year but each department returned their lists with pretty much everything ticked

 

You made the mistake of telling them what apps they had. When I went through the same process, I came at it from the other end and said "all applications will be removed during the network migration; please let me know which ones you would like re-installing".
