exchange server 2007

Discovered a STARTTLS certificate error on server today, it's expiring soon, so ran get-exchangecertificate |list certificate runs out in a couple of weeks. Looking at the list there are no services mentioned, I didn't install exchange server but all seems to be working.

 

Do I just type new-exchangecertificate and it takes over from the old one and will there an issue with no services?

Sorry didn't see this yesterday and today I'm not at work. We do have an Exchange server but I've not seen an error message like this. I'll have a look on Monday if you haven't resolved before then.
