Netwacky87 Posted September 21, 2008 Posted September 21, 2008 Hi All! Im having huge problems today (and y.day!) with OWA, its exchange 2000 through ISA server 2000, right when i go to the right address http://www.***.co.uk/exchange it gives me the logon dialog but when i type my credentials it jst comes back and then gives me access denied error! Ive googled it to no avail! I think it could be ISA? Anybody got any pointers?? Ta Very Much! Mart
kmount Posted September 21, 2008 Posted September 21, 2008 Tried prefixing the username with the domain just incase? Tried other accounts?
Netwacky87 Posted September 21, 2008 Author Posted September 21, 2008 OK I do the DOMAINNAME\*USERNAME* anyway, this is what i get, looks like a windows validation dialog, then once ive got through that i get the proper http://www.***.co.uk/exchange authentication dialog which the gets me on my email, but this box appears about 3-4 times and then im on my email! :S If that helps!
SYNACK Posted September 21, 2008 Posted September 21, 2008 It looks to be using Windows integrated authentication, it might be an idea to try and switch OWA over to forms based authentication which should be handled better by the ISA server (2000 was quite nasty compared to the later versions).
