Sharing Outlook 2003 Calender

Hello all,

 

I have a school whereby the Head wants to use Outlook 2003 for e-mail and Calender functions. I have set this up and it sychronises with her PDA without any problems.

 

Now I've been asked to share the Calender so other admin staff can view it. They all use Outlook 2003. Doing some quick research this is possible, but it requires Exchange Server. Is it possible to share an Outlook Calender without an Exchange Server?

 

At the moment Birmingham do all the mail hosting for us, so it's just a case of inputting the correct POP and SMTP servers and account information.

Officially Microsoft say you do need an Exchange server, however I found this software which I'm using on trial which works great! Allows the Head and administrative staff to share, edit and delete (all optional) their Calenders.
