Hi

Does anyone have issues with Arbor emails always going to Quarantine.

I then always have to release them. We have done the DMARC that arbor require. But the issue seems to be that because Arbor sends emails to people on behalf of the domain. Our rules flag it up as spam.

Is there a better way to configure Arbor to send emails.

Is your SPF and DKIM also accurate, with both your regular email (Microsoft, Google, etc.) and Arbor configured?

Is your DKIM set to p=none, p=reject, or p=quarantine?

It's already a pain, that they keep changing / adding things but very little in the way of communication for technical changes - but if there's a survey to be sent they are on the ball and staff are inundated !

Also, spf also has an "include" option to specify a domain, so you don't have to keep changing the IPs on the school's end.

Its a pain.  Most of our email is ok, but I have a few that are getting rejected due to not being spf/dkim aligned.

All I have to go off are the DMARC reports - and they don't really identify the individual email, and so Arbor don't seem that interested.

All spf/dmarc is setup as per their recommendations.
