Force refresh rate

We're having problems with Screens, and the only way we can get them reliable is to lower the refresh rate in Advanced Display settings. This seems to be a per user, per mode (ie have to do it for both extend and duplicate for each user).

 

Does anyone know how to force that change every time someone logs on?

Don't some IWB vendors offer firmware that defaults to lower refresh rates for just this reason?

I'm not aware of this? These are i3 Connect/CTOUCH screens

Apparently qres.exe might be your answer. Save it on a network share and use a Group Policy to run a logon scrips that references qres.exe to set the resolution/refresh rate.

We use HDMI for our screens and have the same issue.

What we have done is install some EDID dongals to lower the refresh and res.
