  1. We use HDMI for our screens and have the same issue. What we have done is install some EDID dongals to lower the refresh and res. amazon.co.uk
  2. !!!!!!!!!!!! PANIC STATIONS !!!!!!!!!!!! OH NO WHATS THIS PAPER THING YOU ARE ASKING ME TO FILL IN?
  3. I allready had Impero Client open on my PC this morning, I could see 4 PCs, thinking it was a bit odd, closed and re-opend and it was saying there was no licences left. looked at the server and it is asking to register! Due to our re-newel being tomorrow, I just thought it was that. When we tried to contact them yesterday, there was no repose from anyone??
  4. As long as the data is AD and you know how the conversion is done, they are able to do this. (thow I know they do have an issue with the latest version of Paxton(v7) software, but i belive there is a fix in the pipeline)
  5. I know this is not the area you are looking at, but do you have SalamanderSoft? if so, they can do this for you.
  6. We use LGfL for out internet, that comes with a backup line, but we also have BT line that we use as a final backup, for this line we use basic Cloudflare family DNS and restriced it down to staff only use (but we are able to allow students if outage is going to be a long time). In all the years we have been with LGfL I think we have only used it once in anger, but do use it more for testing.
  7. This has been happing for us for a while in the "New Outlook" view, dont know about the Outlook Web version, but as they are almost the same thing.... We havent found a "fix" for this, but we also havent realy been looking.
  8. We have an issue with some of our SIA iPads going off line now and then, some more than others. We use PoE to USB C nic converters (see link below) and a 3 in 1 cable (see link below) to power the iPad and RFID scanner at the same time. This works well for most of out SIA but I think the ones that keep going off line is due to network traffic. After I have put them on there own VLAN, they look to be more stable. Links PoE to USB C nic USB to USB C, Micro and Lightning
  9. +1 For LGfL, the cost looks high until you take into account all the extras. If you take adavtage of even half of what is avable you are quids in. On top of that, there support is good and quick. It has also been very reliable for us too. The only downside we had was having to change our IP rage we used and the limited number of IPs issed to use.
  10. I think it may be due to the UserExit=UserExit.vbs I half remember that coused me a fair bit of issues
  11. My Boot .ini file is: [Settings] Priority=Default [Default] SkipBDDWelcome=YES KeyboardLocalePE=0809:00000809 DeployRoot=\\MYWDSSERVER\DeploymentShare$ UserDomain=MYDOMAIN UserID=administrator UserPassword=MYDOMAINPASSWORD _SMSTSOrgName=Running %TaskSequenceID% on %OSDComputername% but under Rules I have: SkipBDDWelcome=Yes SkipTimeZone=Yes TimeZone=085 TimeZoneName=GMT Standard Time SkipLocaleSelection=Yes KeyboardLocale=0809:00000809 UserLocale=en-GB UILanguage=en-GB UserDatalocation=NONE SkipCapture=Yes ODInstall=Yes SkipAdminPassword=Yes AdminPassword=My Temp Admin Password SkipDomainMembership=No JoinDomain=Domain.org DomainAdmin=Domain Admin User (Custom user with rights to ad pcs to domain) DomainAdminDomain=Domain DomainAdminPassword=Domain Admin Password UserID=Domain\User (user to use for install) UserPassword=Password SkipSummary=Yes SkipFinalSummary=Yes FinishedAction=Shutdown SkipProductKey=Yes SkipComputername=No SkipUserData=Yes SkipTaskSequence=No SkipApplications=No SkipBitLocker=Yes SkipRoles=Yes
  12. Voted Managed as we use LGfL. WebScreen
  13. We had the same issue some time back, we use HUE HD cam for our meetings and it truned out to be a issue with the driver for the camera. We rolled back the driver and everything started working again.
  14. We had this the other year, just before we broke up for xmass. We tryed to inform them why it was not a good idea. The response was "this is a directive and you will do it". We did as we was told, resetting everyones email and emaild them there new password. Then we left for xmass leave. Making shure we didn't answer our phones for work related stuff. 1st day back all SLT came asking us for there passwords, our responces was "it was emailed to you as per your request before we broke up for xmass". The fix, getting the SLT to walk around the school with a printout of all the passwords we had set, so they could inform staff of there new password.
  15. I dont know about this, but don't @schoolBrodband and @LGfL do data SIMS that are filtered via there filtering system?
