Squelch Posted September 8 Posted September 8 We had the greyed out support thing when I let the a1 licenses expire after moving to a3. Got some a1's back and no more greyed out support.

willtech Posted September 9 Posted September 9 MS has change it early this morning with the following comments: We’ve developed and deployed a code change which is intended to improve availability and reduce the aforementioned instability that occurs during peak traffic periods. Additionally, we’re monitoring the service health telemetry to validate the mitigations effectiveness, which will determine if additional troubleshooting will be required.
