Hi All,

Notes given to us by our Exams department detail some AQA requirements

Students can complete the tasks and produce the evidence across
several sessions. Students’ evidence (either hard copy or digital) must be kept securely by the
teacher and access to assessment responses must be controlled. Students aren't permitted to
access their work in between the assessment sessions.

How are other people meeting these requirements using Teams ?

TIA,

Alastair

We have user specific exam and controlled assessment accounts are that locked when not in use. Although we don't use Teams for exams (I don't see what you need it for), I'd have thought the principle would work the same.

I guess either pre-logging the accounts on (with no ability to reset passwords) so the students don't know the details to access from home or resetting the password at the end of each exam period and kicking out any logged on sessions should suffice.

Haven't tried it - but Conditonal Access policy on the exam accounts stopping access externally will also work - but that doesn't stop the students logging in, within school during another lesson or break or lunchtime.
