sraper Posted June 22 Posted June 22 Have two schools (both LGfL schools) where the oneDrive app is misbehaving! You can sign into the app fine and in explorer the extra "drive" shows up However if you click the > arrow it disappears and nothing actually happens - it doesnt expand to show folder list or any contents. If you go into C:\Users\ and navigate into the cache area for that OneDrive - everything is showing up I tested the same version of OneDrive on my work PC at home and logged into the same oneDrive account and the app worked as expected. Anyone else seen this and can offer any suggestions to fix
Andycat Posted June 22 Posted June 22 Is it user profiles duplicating? We have that sometimes and it messes OneDrive up.

itskdog Posted June 22 Posted June 22 (edited) Also an LGfL school, no issues here, so doubt it's solely that. We're on Entra/Intune though, so no roaming profiles. Edited June 22 by itskdog
win Posted June 22 Posted June 22 It's due to the MS June update breaking a variety of things, including OneDrive in File Explorer. Hopefully they will release an early patch for it https://www.windowslatest.com/2026/06/14/windows-11-kb5094126-issues-include-boot-failures-bsod-bitlocker-recovery-on-some-pcs-hp-onedrive-sync-and-enterprise-apps-broken/ 2 1
sraper Posted June 22 Author Posted June 22 Thanks for that - have been scratching multiple heads around here tying explain this behaviour
JunkyRD Posted July 1 Posted July 1 I had OneDrive File Explorer Sync issues where the icons and share functionality disappeared i found the fix to be un-linking the account and re-linking it via the OneDrive client.
