Anyone merged two schools ParentPay

As title, has anyone who has undergone a merger managed to successfully combine two schools under one ParentPay?

 

At present we have 2 Sims Servers > 2 ParentPays

We will (hopefully) have 1 iSAMS tenency > 1 ParentPay

 

It is important to have 1 ParentPay tenency for our future shared catering platform. I am getting nowhere with support and wondered if anyone has done this and what the process is like.

 

ParentPay don't have an API integration with iSAMS so will be a manual upload so getting all students on shouldn't be an issue... I just have no idea what it will do with Parents who have existing accounts. Can they setup from scratch? Can they merge in the new pupil account? Will they see the old one and can this be avoided by removing that from the old tenency?

We would love to speak to someone.  We have called multiple times (which has raised multiple tickets which has subsequently been closed) been promised call backs several times and are getting nowhere.  Current open ticket is CS0290268

You could automate this. Download form one systems API to a local server, transform the data and upload to the other via API. A script should be simple enough. Cluade can help write it. Just test first
