chazzy2501 Posted March 26 Posted March 26 (edited) Annnd, he's lost it.. Asking for help with the room booking sheet for the computer rooms! Edited March 26 by chazzy2501 2
ITGuyNW Posted March 26 Posted March 26 AI isn't great with letters so it might see not see UK properly for various reasons. See what it says if you put united kingdom.
jthompson Posted March 26 Posted March 26 Seems only sensible. At the risk of making a political post, a levelling-up of the Milky Way is definitely overdue: we've allowed the Krogon Empire to monopolise spice mining in the Kgh'on-Hgrha`a`dh sector for too long now. We must embed the IWRP into everything we do. Even if it is just a room booking spreadsheet. 1 3
synaesthesia Posted March 26 Posted March 26 AI is great isn't it? I asked Gemini for guidance on doing something with Google Workspace, it gave me the route to take with menu items that didn't exist. It replied with something along the lines of "Ah, yes I know that Workspace's UI isn't very good and items are hidden! I've also made a mistake and given you directions for a different product". I mean, I would expect and accept that from a human as we make mistakes and forget things, but from computers...

I've found most of them don't work, or are based on years old solutions that have been superceded. I will get my current Visio layer problem solved one day, but not by AI I suspect.
jthompson Posted March 26 Posted March 26 If Copilot is trained on the tangled mess that is the M365 admin space (and/or the rabbit warren that is MS online documentation), I'm not surprised it hallucinates all over the place. Garbage in, etc. 1

Davit2005 Posted March 26 Posted March 26 AI defo is not perfect. It might tell you something is not working but does not go much deeper. Yet a quick test can show you error message which you can sometimes easily get a hint on where to start to look, but not always (MS error codes), lol.
