Disable Spell Check For Exams

I've been asked to disable spell check for exams on a laptop so students can't re-enable it. It seems there isn't a group policy for this anymore? Has anyone got any solution for what I can do?   Thanks for all your help Rob

It's not cheap these days, but ExamWritePad is a very good answer.

Not for Office. Registry changes that used to work no longer do. Most schools purchase dedicated exam software now.
