We use this linked to SIMS Hosted and over the years it just seems to be so clunky and slow. Always fail, is a nightmare to get working and the support never seems very helpful. After 10 years of dealing with it I'm thinking its time to move on.

Can anyone give some recommendations? What are you using that could be a decent replacement?

Hi Lorfarius,

If you are interested in seeing how Bromcom could help here, with a truly integrated online payment and parent app & MIS along with the cost savings from bringing everything together, drop me a message and I'd be more than happy to set something up.

Thanks

Just to add to BromcomOT's comment - MCAS our truly integrated online payment and parent app is also integrated with Bromcom finance so literally everything is in one place! So not only cost saving but more importantly time saving, meaning more time to spend time on the important things..... like a hot cup of tea - priorities for a Yorkshire Lass :)

Which software do you use to integrate with your tills (assuming you are secondary)? Cunningham's solution iPay Impact was free if they managed your tills.

ParentPay are now brutal on the three year contract so make sure you check when your contract ends.
