Is blocked here as "Malicious Website" (Fortiguard) and apparently is infected with JS/Redirector.RTW!tr. Is it blocked by anyone else's filter or does anyone know how we can check this claim or get it resolved?

VirusTotal is a good resource for things like this - looks like it's just Fortinet who dislikes it:
