Harlquinth Posted October 7, 2011 Posted October 7, 2011 Hi, Whilst searching I came across this post, http://www.edugeek.net/forums/windows/28733-program-usage.html#post271304, which is something that would be quite useful for us to do, however I can't find any program usage reports in our version of Impero (3.1.08), I can only find the computer usage reports. Is this something that is no longer available in Impero, or am I looking in the wrong place for it? Thanks, Peter.
russdev Posted October 7, 2011 Author Posted October 7, 2011 Sorry been off the grid lot to today so missed this one. You can run reports within Log Viewer to found out what people are using etc.
Harlquinth Posted October 10, 2011 Posted October 10, 2011 Thanks - I missed it in log viewer as I didn't realise you have to drill down to find out the application usage. Is there any way of viewing/exporting all of the application usage for a whole group over a certain time (e.g. 1 week/month) at all rather than having to drill down or search for individual applications? Or alternatively does impero store the data in something like a sql database that I could connect to and run my own queries? Thanks, Peter.
russdev Posted October 10, 2011 Author Posted October 10, 2011 Hi In log viewer you can choose reports button or you can export the logs as csv and also run reports on it that way. Regards Russell
Harlquinth Posted October 11, 2011 Posted October 11, 2011 Many thanks, missed that button! Thanks ,Peter.
