Mailing list naming

Hi,

 

we have a predicament with our mailing lists,

 

we have a staff@schooldomain mailing list which is now wanted to just contain school employees ( not trust staff or third party's who work on site)

 

however there is a need for a mailing list to represent everyone who works at that physical location ( which would include those who were excluded from the above group)

 

I'm a bit stumped by this to make it both clear but also not overly complex also, originally thought something like site@schooldomain but that would conflict with the site/facilities team

 

how have you done it if your in a trust situation ?

trustname.allstaff@ (externally acessible group & moderated for the trust to send to everyone)
