mitchell1981 Posted January 28, 2025 Posted January 28, 2025 Hi All, Anyone experiencing slowness and unreliability with their Sims Third Party Connector connection this week? It seems to keep going up and down, and when it does work it’s slow. Our Edulink sync (which takes about 8 hours) hasn’t completed since Thursday and it’s now causing us problem. Sims Status pages says all is good, but it always does! Thanks.

mitchell1981 Posted January 28, 2025 Author Posted January 28, 2025 Are you on hosted Sims, or local Sims? It was taking 18 hours until Edulink reduced the number of years data we pull! That is on a server that is getting an 800Mbps. Edulink told us the bottleneck is the VPN to the Sims server.
