Anyone bought FreshDesk through a reseller previously that they can recommend?

 

Being only USD/card payments direct I’m trying to get some items moved across to invoices for Finance

I’m fairly sure we pay in USD but via bank transfer if that helps

We pay in GBP by invoice, direct with FreshDesk. Email them and ask and they'll change your account from card to bank transfer.

We've also just bought into Freshdesk, paying in GBP by invoice. The contact I spoke with was [email protected]

We pay direct with Freshdesk via invoice in GBP too.

We're the same in terms of being invoiced by them in GBP - we purchased using the G Cloud framework as there was a substantial discount.
