dobbyit Posted November 12, 2024 Posted November 12, 2024 We are looking at creating a custom form for each of our schools that are central managed by the helpdesk engineers using autotask helpdesk system. Ie school A fills out a forms personliased to school A that sends the info to the helpdesk system of autotask Does anybody know if this is possible?
Primus Posted November 12, 2024 Posted November 12, 2024 Is it worth flipping this back to the problem - have new users put onto the MIS by whoever is responsible for that and automatically sync against it for user creation and suspension? 2

snagrat Posted November 13, 2024 Posted November 13, 2024 Use MS forms and Power Automate. That’s what we do. Could even be one form that changes questions based on selecting the school from a drop down 1
p858snake Posted November 14, 2024 Posted November 14, 2024 Use the Client Portal function in AutoTask? https://ww1.autotask.net/help/Content/4_Admin/5ExtensionsIntegrations/CPPortalTaskfire/CLIENTPORTALOVERVIEW.htm 1
TechMonkey Posted November 14, 2024 Posted November 14, 2024 Looks like AutoTask do service requests. https://ww1.autotask.net/help/Content/4_Admin/5ExtensionsIntegrations/CPPortalTaskfire/PortalSetup/RequestTypes.htm That is all ours is, then the system and workflow the request to the right people to do the right tasks.
