Custom New User form for a Trust - send back to ticket system

We are looking at creating a custom form for each of our schools that are central managed by the helpdesk engineers using autotask helpdesk system.

Ie school A fills out a forms personliased to school A that sends the info to the helpdesk system of autotask

Does anybody know if this is possible?

Does autotask accept tickets by email?

Is it worth flipping this back to the problem - have new users put onto the MIS by whoever is responsible for that and automatically sync against it for user creation and suspension?

Something like Jotform that will send the output via email will work?

Use MS forms and Power Automate. That’s what we do.

 

Could even be one form that changes questions based on selecting the school from a drop down

That is all ours is, then the system and workflow the request to the right people to do the right tasks.
