Newline Lyra Pro panel, turns off every 30 minutes

Hi all,

 

We've just had a Newline Screen installed as part of a 3rd party renovation. Seems a well connected bit of kit, but the screen turns off after 30 minutes. The only settings we can find are the android bit, where it says tablet screen turns off after 30 minutes, but can't find any "TV" settings.

 

Has anyone used these before?

It runs android as the operating system on the TV so those android setting directly affect the TV?

Strange if so, it turns off even when displaying something.

Yes, it'll be the Power Off timer in Android. Android controls all of the device settings - it's not a TV as such.

 

That timer is not the same as a power saving timeout.
