Danny11515 Posted August 2, 2024 Posted August 2, 2024 Has anyone ran into this issue when trying to use the appstore to download anything to the smart board? I am trying to download Trilby TV but I need to sign in on the promethean smart board to allow myself to get onto the next stage of downloading the app but for some reason when I get to the sign in part to put my email in it gives me an error message and says that it is unable to connect to Google.com annoyingly. I am not sure if it is because it needs to do a download of the latest update first as I have just enabled this on the smart board to be used but I am not sure if it downloads automatically or if I need to do this myself?
