Holiday passport stress

I am trying to work out how to do this my wife driving license is away being updated. We fly in the UK on the 3/4th we then need to fly on the 18th August to Cyprus. Driving licence should be back on the 26th July. What should I do about sorting my wife’s passport?

 

3 week standard or 1 week quick and if quick should I do it now?

If you want it quick I'd do it quick and the quicker you do it the quicker quick will be!

Get on it ASAP, It's peak time at the passport office. Current turn round times are around three weeks.

Yeah this..... don't assume you can go and pick it up from liverpool like my Mrs did!

Just had confirmation that the driving licence has arrived back home so the passport can be sent off ASAP. It's needed back on the 17th of August wondering if the standard would be ok?
