2.5GB Adapter Causing BSOD

With upgrading switches and WiFi to 2.5gb, bought a USB C to 2.5gb UGREEN adapter so could test over 1gb transfer on WiFi. Have got several other UGREEN products for charging devices via USB C, USB etc and been highly reliable.

Testing on a hp laptop which has never caused any problems in the past with BSOD, I plugged the adapter in, started transferring an ISO file to test with and got a BSOD - KMODE EXCEPTION NOT HANDLED almost immediately.

Checked the drivers up to date, they were.

Tried again - same BSOD issue...

Almost certainly driver issue, I would of thought but as you say they are up to date so maybe reach out to their support team.
