Solus 3 not downloading

Anyone else here having issues with Solus 3 not downloading any updates? Just sticks at Downloading/Download queued

 

When I try the update URL in a browser it times out, but also on a separate network/hotspotted laptop to mobile?

Try restarting the solus 3 service. That should get updates downloading again.

If it keeps saying its trying to download an update but doesn't do anything, check if the url is the capita one... if so like mentioned above, stop and restart the Solus 3 deployment service and you should be able to then cancel that download and the next in the queue should come out.

 

I've had several calls raised with our SIMS support team over the last 2 years trying to remove some updates from our queue that no-longer exist since it's looking to the old capita server instead of the EES one and it never lasts more than a day.
