Blatchington Mill School is seeking to appoint an IT Technician in this successful and popular school. The successful candidate will be joining an experienced and established Network Services Team of four who work closely with colleagues across the school.

 

This is a rare entry level opening which provides the opportunity to establish a firm foundation across all areas of IT in a busy education setting.

 

We are looking for an individual who is solution focussed and who will work with colleagues to support teaching and learning and the operational aspects of Blatchington Mill School, communicating with students and staff.

 

Much of the role will be logging requests for support and responding. The school makes extensive use of Chromebooks and all offices and classrooms also have staff PCs, the team is always busy. Some administrative work will also be required and so a good level of literacy is needed.

 

Induction and training will be provided and we encourage ongoing professional development.
