[voip] Anyone had problems with Wavenet?

Hello all,

Has anyone else had problems with Wavenet? We joined Atomwide a few years ago and they were great, Adept bought them and things went downhill (had no phones for 3 weeks during covid) but for most part it functioned but now Wavenet are the owner, I'm having awful problems and just can't seem to get ahold of anyone.

I've had what I believe is a small job open since January and I don't get updates anymore (meanwhile the user this side thinks I'm doing nothing and is moaning to anyone who will listen). I've emailed my sales manager a couple of times but nothing, I called the customer service number and I didn't get a call back and have updated my ticket 3 times since calling them but still no updates in over 2 weeks.

 

I raised a complaint with them over a week ago and other than an automated ticket number and 1 update a week ago on my open ticket saying they would ask the team for an update, I have nothing and the frustration is building.

 

Has anyone else had this service from them and if so, what did you do?

 

I just need this small job off my desk, but the longer this lingers on, the more annoyed I get and my lack of trust in them dwindles further.

 

Their reviews are great so is it just me?

Very unimpressed with the service received from WN since they acquired a company I had been very happy with. Currently looking around evaluating my options.

A very familiar story to me personally I'm afraid and under very similar circumstances (another local, well loved telephony provider which was bought out by WN). Saw this at a previous employment too, same story!

 

We're currently in the process of switching away - happy to chat with you around the options we considered if you like, just shout. There is a lot out there now in this market and it is worth exploring a few options if you are wanting to switch away or even if you aren't. Was certainly an eye opener for us
