Your Role:

As the Head of IT, you will be the architect of our technological landscape, steering our IT infrastructure towards new horizons of efficiency and innovation. You will champion the strategic and operational leadership of IT across our Senior and Prep Schools, ensuring robust, secure, and state-of-the-art IT systems that support and enrich our educational ethos.

 

Key Responsibilities:

· Strategic leadership of IT services, aligning them with our educational vision and developmental goals.

· Ensuring exemplary management of our IT resources, infrastructure, and team, fostering a culture of excellence and service.

· Spearheading the implementation and maintenance of cutting-edge IT systems, ensuring seamless integration into our educational framework.

· Cultivating strong collaborative relationships within the school community, ensuring IT supports all facets of school life from academia to co-curricular activities.

· Managing budgets with acumen, ensuring value-driven procurement and resource allocation.

 

Your Profile:

· A solid foundation in IT with a preference for a relevant degree.

· Demonstrated experience in managing IT infrastructure, including server and network administration.

· Proficiency in designing and implementing robust IT systems, with a keen eye for innovative solutions.

· Experience leading technical teams and managing service desks, ideally within an educational or similar setting.

· In-depth knowledge of Microsoft ecosystems, including Windows Operating Systems, Cloud Systems (MS 365, MS Azure), SharePoint and Active Directory.

· Familiarity with network security measures, disaster recovery planning, and compliance with data protection legislation.

· Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging a diverse range of stakeholders.

· A commitment to ongoing professional development for oneself and the team.
