Mosyle MDM and VPP Apps

Hello all.

 

I am having issues with apps purchased from the Apple School Manager appearing in Mosyle MDM.

It can often take up to 5 to 6 days before I can see any recently purchased apps in Mosyle.

 

Have tried My School > Apple School Manager > Sync Hierarchy with no luck

 

Is there any other way to force a sync so that recently purchased apps appear? Was with Meraki previously and app used to show up within minutes.

 

All tokens and push certificate are in date.
