AP9_A75 x 4 Issue with WIFI through our Cert and PAC

Hi, I am having issues with all four AP9_75's that have updated to the latest firmware. Since the update its like the .PAC "Proxy Auto Config" does not work.

 

I connect the board to Wi-Fi and it shows connected.

 

I install the certificate and it still shows connected.

 

I input the PAC URL http://pac.education.btlancashire.co.uk/btls.pac

 

Then the Wi-Fi status in the bottom right gets a line through it.

 

I try accessing the web and I get the "Your connection is not private" NET::ERR_CERT_AUTHORITY_INVALID

 

Where I can only click Advanced and Proceed to continue to the next webpage.

 

I spoke to my filtering provider who confirmed it is the correct certificate and PAC URL and I then spoke to Promethean support for the first time who said it was an issue with the provider.

 

This worked on the previous firmware.

When the certificate is installed on an AP9 it will need to be applied to three spots. Did you install it in all three spots?

Hi DangPro thanks for the reply, I have read through that article prior and I have the cert appearing under all sections and it shows that it does not expire until 2027. I am not logged into the board while I am experiencing this issue as I cannot login to our 365 as the board says it has no internet when it does.

This may depend on how you are running O365. Using an app or going through the browsers use different processes.
