YouTube - Video Unavailable

Hi,

 

we had a SMOOTHWALL policy that allowed staff access to YouTube but it got deleted. We re created it but now get this message on SOME but NOT all video's. Anyone shed some light on what we may have not added?

if you have the ADMX records you may have set up the restricted option for staff.

Just re read my opening post and I missed one important thing.

 

The policy was in smoothwall.

 

Sorry we think its an issue with smoothwall blocking something like adverts?

This looks like the Youtube strict or moderate content mod is put in place. Try to disable that and see if the video can then be shown.

We have that for pupils but not staff but i'll double check just to be sure
