Impero - How Do You Remove REQUEST ASSISTANCE

Finally after not having any Classroom Management system for a few years now we've gone and got Impero (again) so having to try and remember how we had it set up (many) years ago!

 

Can anyone tell me how to get rid of the Request Assistance option as it's not something we wish to use?

 

 

I've tried searching Impero's support page but it's getting confused and thinks I want to Request Assistance when I dont, I want to disable/remove it!

Impero Console > Entire Network > Right-click > Properties > Group Settings > Workstation Settings > Hide 'Request assistance' links

Knew I'd seen it somewhere, I just couldnt remember where!

 

Only thing is, it's already disabled!!

Sorry to bring this thread back but we are having the same issues as well after a server reinstall - same with Pin group option as well.

 

Both setting for assistance and Pin group is disabled yet it still shows on PCs - how did you resolve this in the end?

Check the Hide Request Assistance Links on the folder Folder Properties you have setup for rooms as well as it being in the Entire Network, especially if you have the Room Group Priority set to Medium or High as that takes precedence over the Entire Network setting as that is Low
